A return of Eggs for Spring

Spring is around the corner, and so is our hopes of warm weather, bright skys and spring flowers.  Last year we introduced soap molded into egg shapes.  Each soap is approximately the size of a standard large chicken egg, and is a great size for adult or child alike.  We plan to make a few batches of them in our most popular soaps…. like gardeners soap pictured below.  Wildly popular has been the honeysuckle, sweetgrass, and lavender.  We are still contemplating what other flavors to make them in.

While Steve is busy making the soap eggs, I have a mission to create the little baskets from two sided scrapbook card stock…. they come together quickly, and make the ideal nesting place for two eggs.  They were wildly popular last year.  This year we are still thinking through which recipes of soap to use for this project.  Lavender is always popular, and so are the spring florals… honeysuckle, lilac, sweetgrass. We will keep you posted as we have more details on this project.
