Preparing for Tremont

The schedule is out, the website is up, and yes, our names are listed correctly…. Tremont is 4 days away, and we are so hopeful this will be a wonderful weekend in Lincoln Park.   We still have about 20 pounds of soap to wrap, and i have a dozen pieces of silk to finish processing…. I am working on a few more beaded bracelets on my lunch hours… and we have picked up the pace preparing.  Saturday the festival begins at 11am, and runs until 6pm; Sunday Noon to 5pm.

Click on the image above and you can also see the list of artists, musicians, activities planned for the weekend.  We love much of the music, and the food is amazing too.

Lincoln park has a long and storied past… endowed to the city in perpetuity as long as it remains a park…. this is several acres of park space with a central gazebo, and paths like spokes of a wheel radiating from the gazebo.  The festival sets up in quadrants – artist village, food village, childrens village, main stage, market stage, non profit area…. Activities are many… from live music to historic interpreters, puppet shows, dance troups, chalk artists from the Cleveland Museum of Art, and so much more.
