We met a guy named Jim Conlee at a Bardfest. He loves to cook, and he loves to cook for big groups of people. We volunteered helping with whatever was needed to make his massive yummy meals happen. We wanted to create a soap that tries to capture a bit of his story.... This soap has a hint of smokiness, with warm notes of bourbon and tobacco.
