How about Hessler Hippie?

We were blessed to be art venders at the Hessler Street Fair, located on the Case Western Campus. The Fair happened for 50 years, ending with the 2019 event. Steve was feeling very inspired in the studio before the last street fair and wanted to create a memorial to the classic street fair in Cleveland. He blended scents of the 60s/70s – Patchouli, mixed with Clove and Orange. The blend buffers down the strong patchouli with a crisp spicy note, melded together in a middle note of orange. To further enhance the soap he set aside 2 portions of the soap, dying one batch bright orange, the other hot pink, and swirled them into a field of white. We wanted to echo the street fair , known for tie dye, hippies, great music and great food. So the soap has to have a tie dye look. the colors vary with each batch, but the pattern needs to always have a colorful hippie look.
And a few years ago I began looking through boxes of stuff my mom saved when i was a teenager. I was always doodling, and was in love with flair pens… As i looked through the box one old doodle i created back in 1970 or 1971 popped out.. It summed up Hessler Street Fair… and fit the bar as a wonderful wrapper.
You will love the rich lather, and the wonderful scent…. takes you back to a kinder and gentler era.
