Vermillion in Bloom

We discovered how special Vermillion is last year when we set up for this very event.  Entering the middle school the entire cafeteria is enveloped in greenery… with perennials, herbs and amazing plants to accent your yard or garden.  And beautiful planters, remarkable hypertupa planters and imaginative whit.  There was one rectangular hypertupa pot that was planted with delicate miniature plants that resemble forest foliage… and a very small log cabin.  It was a fairy garden, repleat with a small fairy ready to surprise your guests when viewed on your porch or deck.

And the gardeners come out… filling their hands with beautiful things… plants, garden objects, tools, and…. soap.  Yes, we were the only soap vendor, surrounded by driftwood wind-chimes  and beautiful cement cast garden sculptures (we own 2 and love them).  Another booth brought garden accents made from old musical instruments.  You never lived until you have seen a former trombone transformed into a bird feeder… quite crafty!!!

And Vermilion welcomed us in… loving our products, and becoming repeat customers!  So we will be at Sailorway Middle School this coming Saturday   There is a door charge of $1 entrance, but wow, it is so worth it!

The middle school is located just off Rt 60 on Sailorway Drive, coming up almost immediately on the right side of the street.  If you are coming from Cleveland take Rt 2 West to Rt 60 north.
