Experience the Charm of Lakeside Art Festival 2026

We are so excited to announce we have been accepted again to the Lakeside Art Festival that will be held on the front lawn of the Hotel Lakeside July 23-25th, 2026. Lakeside is a summer “Chautauqua” Methodist community that is situated adjacent to Marblehead Ohio on an amazing location that looks out onto Lake Erie and the islands. Its a hidden gem, If you have never been you should think about a visit. There are charming Victorian cottages, an art school, cooking school, lots of sports including a beautiful Olympic size swimming pool and swim house, several charming restaurants and ice cream!! We always stay at a lovely bed and breakfast with a charming host named Dan. He gets up early (i think he wakes up the chickens) to make a lovely breakfast for all of us. And his front porch offers a dozen Amish rockers and a view of the large auditorium that offers nightly entertainment.

We have been participating in this event for a number of years and view it as a working vacation because its so peaceful, electronics dont work so good there so it is an escape from the busyness of life for a few days.
