Bring on the week!

Steve and I have been plotting and planning again, and the business has a busy week ahead.

Steve is back in his soap studio to create more batches of soap.  We had a big run on our mini bars so he has to get cracking making more.

Wednesday evening I am giving a talk in Brunswick for an artist group.  They were most interested in silk dying but have asked me to also bring along my ReBlooming Bags, and the wire crochet…should be a nice evening.

Friday we are popping up outside of Cafe Felice on Larchmere ave…it is a small art market from 5-9pm.  Our booth will be in the front yard of this fun restaurant that is owned by the chef who also owns Fat Cats in Tremont.

We are also in discussion with a few galleries and hope to soon make a few announcements.

In the midst of this I am working on avgrant proposal to fund a small work force to help me with the plarn making and ReBlooming Bag creation process.  It has been my dream to source out women who need to suppliment their income.  It is a difficult world of economic challenges for many women.  Some talents can help change that, and the end product of reblooming bags can represent support of these brave women who live on fixed income.  So the challenge is to capture the dream in a tangible way that would be a message funders resonate with.  Pray for wisdom for me on this.
