Burton Ox-toberfest is this weekend

Picture this… Indian Summer, Leaves in peak color, a crisp cool breeze, and the smell of a wood fire… whafts of applebutter cooking down, and lines of people waiting to sink their teeth into an ox sandwich.  (Ok, probably roast beef, but still better than arby’s).  Oh, and the faint sounds of oompapa music and the clank of beer bottles.  Yes, this is Ox-Toberfest in Burton and it is all happening this weekend.

We are pleased to announce that we will be setting our tent up on the square of Burton for the weekend of festivities.  It is a great time to take a drive in the country…. and not so far away from the city.  Burton offers warm, hospitable charm, and scenic beauty wrapped in a big bow of great food.

The ox-toberfest will be in conjunction with the Applebutter fest in Century Village. Both are within a block of each other.  Around the square is the artists village market… lots of antiques, art, and unique things… and ofcourse Kettle Corn!!!  Stop by and see us, mention the blog and we a small thank you gift.  Hope to see you.
