Cleveland Winterfest 2013

November 30th is a really big day in Downtown Cleveland, with activities, events, concerts, carriage rides, shopping deluxe, food and beer tasting events, fireworks and none other than the tree lighting ceremony on Public Square.

It is a buzz of activity that might remind anyone over 50 of those days when all of the department stores were opened and festively decorated, christmas carols playing, and shoppers trudging Euclid Avenue with bags and bags of good finds.

We were invited to be a part of the Holiday Pop Up called the “Cleveland Gift Box” and we will be in the 5th Street Arcade (formerly known as the Colonial and Euclid Arcades, situated between Euclid and Prospect Avenues at East 5th Street).  The Arcades have been joined, and sensitively historically restored.  And they are filling up with wonderful local vendors that you just have to check out.  But by all means put November 30th on your calander and come on down for a little bit of the festivities.  Here is the link for the Downtown Alliance.
