Lucky’s Cafe Holiday Sale

Tremont is a wonderful and inspiring neighborhood to me.  As a child I was in that neighborhood for church every Sunday, and often events during the week.  As a child the neighborhood was rough, with drug infested, arson prone decline.  But it has always wanted to be charming, and filled with vintage feel.  As the city planner husband of mine says, Tremont is a walking city, friendly with welcoming storefronts, and interesting parks.

One of the buildings I would pass as a child was a run down former local watering hole that specialized in a shot and a beer for the working guy… The bar had long ago been closed, and the building mothballed for years… until someone had the vision to invest and develop it into what is now Lucky’s Cafe.  Popular for their great food, and wonderful coffee, and the food channel’s publicity…. but it is more than that. It’s a place to go in the neighborhood to just enjoy people, read, sip coffee and eat amazing things.

When Lucky’s Cafe invited us to participate in their holiday market we were delighted, and I now have the privilege to invite you.  It is a great opportunity to pick up some wonderful handcrafted goods for the holidays.  It’s also small business Saturday – come out and support a few small businesses in one swoop! Won;t you come visit us?
