What a brilliant weekend. We chugged into Art Craft a bit early on saturday morning thankful that we had done the majority of set up a few days earlier… and thankful for this great opportunity, but living on caffiene, sleep deprevation and the energy of the day. And saturday began with a large and steady crowd of visitors and shoppers. Our neighbors are both fine artists – Michael Romanick who does the most beautiful cloissone enamel jewelry, and Graham Fox , who works in Stained Glass and cast glass. So many amazing artists, and such a great crowd of patrons. We were so delighted to see old friends, and make new ones. And we rolled out a few new items that were received with great vigor. We expanded our Pink Himalayan line to include a coconut oil and himalayan salt scrub… and promptly sold out. Another new item is our Lotion Bars. Poured into pop up round jars, its a blend of shea butter, coconut oil and bees wax, gently scented with lavender and lemon essential oils. We made a double batch of them and promptly sold out. Yes we will be making more…. but that was another reason it was so great. Many of our repeat customers visited us .
Sadly i never took pictures… here are a few steve took:
