Burton A day in the Country – July Edition

Burton’s a day in the country was memorable with an antique tractor parade around the square… lovely weather, delightful conversations.

Brookstock

Here are a few photos from brookstock. It was so hot that I didn’t wander and snap a lot of photos. What a wonderful day… great music, lovely neighbor vendors, and a good crowd of shoppers and lookers. Even ran into a few old friends.

Shibori Silk Dying

Shibori is a japanese process of binding and hand dying silk. The process is simple, but time consuming. The results are spectacular.
