Burton A day in the Country – July Edition

Burton’s a day in the country was memorable with an antique tractor parade around the square… lovely weather, delightful conversations.

Here are a few photos from brookstock. It was so hot that I didn’t wander and snap a lot of photos. What a wonderful day… great music, lovely neighbor vendors, and a good crowd of shoppers and lookers. Even ran into a few old friends.

Shibori Silk Dying

Shibori is a japanese process of binding and hand dying silk. The process is simple, but time consuming. The results are spectacular.

TAA of Cleveland Museum of Art

Silk dying, and my passion has passed the muster of the jury process with TAA. You are invited to attend the 8th annual botique and fashion show at Landerhaven on Oct 16, 2011
