One of those interesting opportunities we have had was to do baby shower favors for an artist friend a year ago.  Steve actually made his own mold from 2 stage silicone and used wooden eggs the size of large chicken eggs to create 18 cavaties.

One of the most clunky things about the business is remembering to keep a mileage log.  Often I forget to write it down.  Or i remember, but forget to capture the reading of the odometer on the car. Ah, (deep sigh of dramatic relief) after

I had my cell phone charging on my desk upstairs yesterday , and was busy buzzing around getting chores done.  I missed a call.  It was hours later that i stopped to check my phone and there it was … a short message left on

Word has come from the jury committee of Waynesville’s Sauerkraut Festival… they want proof of process. We have to document how we make soap, hand dye silk, wire crochet and make reblooming bags. this is a famous first in the jury process for Images in Bloom.

After two years of using curbside finds for our display racks, we have found a carpenter who is building us a more professional rack system. We are so excited about the opportunity to roll it out for the Cleveland Flea on April 13th. I am also working on a new banner for the business – new colors, new design, incorporating our sunflower motif.
