YorkFest 2014 in Photos

It was a dance through rain clouds on our drive to York… down the Pennsylvania Turnpike, through those ominous tunnels in the mountains, and finally seeing signs that began to take us to our destination of York, PA. We quickly found the information booth, and found our set up location…. and in the late afternoon heat and humidity we set up Big Bertha, and back filled our products in. Humidity and dripping sweat reminded us it was warm out there. We left York to make it to our destination at Aunt Alice’s house, which is more than an hour further east. Glorious to see her again, and just as wonderful to spend the weekend with her.
The fair was great… wonderful artists, beautiful art, friendly volunteers and a good crowd both days, even in the saturday drizzle.
